With the growing realities of secondary trauma, stress, and burnout in the workplace, my mission is to empower individuals and organizations to understand the neuroscience of the stress response and to employ the practical skills-based approaches to build resilience, establish and maintain wellbeing, and reclaim a sense of purpose.
Workshops and trainings are experiential using cutting edge science and psychology to support participants in making life-enhancing changes now. I have enjoyed working nationally with groups, businesses, and organizations as diverse as small non-profits to a Fortune 200 company supporting employee wellbeing.

If you’ve heard yourself thinking any of these things, you’re not alone. I can’t tell you the number of people I talk with that are thinking the same things. In a culture that is obsessed with the pursuit of happiness, when we are anything other than happy, we feel like we’re failing, missing something, or not doing it right.
In a recent conversation a dear friend of mine reminded me that wellbeing is a continuum and we find ourselves along this continuum at different times for different reasons. Sometimes we’re at the end of the continuum that feels fulfilling and motivating, sometimes we’re at the end where we’re just hanging on and hoping to make things a little less bad, and sometimes we’re somewhere in the middle. No matter where you are on your journey, these courses and experiences are for you!
