Psychotherapy
Incorporating trauma-informed and mindfulness-based practices, we have the opportunity to meet on this path of self-discovery and healing.
Compassion Fatigue Treatment
Drawing on cutting edge science and psychology on secondary trauma, burnout, and chronic stress, we engage with the evidence-based skills to re-engage in our lives and work in meaningful ways.
Resilience Coaching
Realizing that we want more from life, we establish and maintain a baseline of wellbeing that supports and promotes intention and purpose.
Format

One hour individual sessions at the frequency of your choosing (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or as needed)

In person in Bozeman, MT, or online via Zoom or Doxy.me

Each session will focus on your goal and intention for being on this personal growth journey.

We will use a blend of trauma-informed healing approaches (influenced by Internal Family Systems) and skills-based practices that can be incorporated into your everyday life.

Fees
Sessions are billed at $180/hour.
We can submit to insurance if that is available to us.

Drawing from research on compassion fatigue, burnout, secondary trauma, and chronic stress, RENEW will support you to reclaim this sense of self, establish wellbeing and build resilience.
